Payment Policy

This policy applies to purchases from thebeast in Canada and to the Beast Health products offered on this store.

CAD checkout

Prices and payments are presented in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless the final checkout page clearly states otherwise. The product price, discounts, applicable taxes, and any shipping charge are confirmed on the final checkout page before you submit the order.

Available payment methods

We accept only the payment methods displayed as available to you at checkout. Availability can depend on the order, device, location, and payment provider; a method that is not displayed is not represented as enabled.

Authorization and security

Payment is authorized and processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the selected payment provider. We do not view or store your complete card number. An order may be held, declined, or cancelled if authorization fails or a legitimate fraud or security review is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
